• Gary Miller, CEO and founder

   

  Gary Miller founded Medtech Systems in 1998. He invented the line of products and currently serves as CEO and chief development engineer. Mr. Miller also serves as founder and CEO of Micronics Technologies, an electronics engineering and fabrication services company.  Mr. Miller has over 45 years of electro-mechanical engineering and product development experience as well as having founded several companies

   

• Sylvia Miller, CFO and founder

Sylvia Miller co-founded Medtech Systems in 1998. She currently serves as CFO and Executive Vice President.  Mrs. Miller also serves as co-founder and CFO of Micronics Technologies, an electronics engineering and fabrication services company.  Prior to co-founding Micronics.  Mrs. Miller served as VP of Human Resources for Bailard, Biehl and Kaiser, a large financial portfolio management firm, for 11 years.  Mrs. Miller as held several management positions over the last 25 years.

• Leigh Miller, Vice President – Business Development

Leigh Miller has served as Vice President of Business Development since May 2005. Her focus has been on business development and program management. Prior to joining Medtech, Ms. Miller served as Director of Program Management for SMTC – San Jose, CA, a contract manufacturer. Ms. Miller had direct responsibility for programs with an average annual revenue base of $60M. Prior to SMTC, Ms. Miller served as Sr. Program Manager for Solectron, Inc. with responsibility of managing programs with revenues in excess of 100M annually. Ms. Miller has over 20 years of experience in program management and contract manufacturing.

• Pam Walke, Vice President – Operations

   

  Pam Walke has served as Vice President of Operations, since May 2005. Her focus has been on product development and manufacturing strategies. Prior to joining Medtech, Ms. Walke served as Vice President and General Manager of SMTC – San Jose, CA., a contract manufacturer.  Ms. Walke had direct P & L operational responsibility for this site with average annual revenue of $60M.  Prior to SMTC Ms. Walke served as Director of Advanced Development for Flextronics Intl. Inc.  Ms. Walke has over 22 years of experience in contract design, product development and manufacturing.

   

• Scott Miller, Product Development Manager

Scott Miller has served as Product Development Manager for Medtech Systems since 1998. His primary responsibility has been the 3D solid modeling for all of the Medtech products.  Mr. Miller has also served as Sr. Project Manager for Micronics Technologies, an electronics engineering and fabrication services company, since 1996.

The company managers recognize a need to involve other expertise in the venture.  One method to accomplish this is to involve other people with such expertise on the company’s advisory board.  As the name implies, the board’s role is to provide advice and contacts, particularly within the medical and finance communities.
